Join Julia Archer for this fun and dynamic two hour workshop/yoga session! You will learn the story of the Warrior series of asanas, translated from the ancient version into a modern one that we can all absolutely relate to! Explore how you can use the story personally to unleash your warrior energy in any aspect of your life that needs it! We will begin with the story and end with an energizing and liberating warrior practice, so dress to move!
