Doug Bruce announces he will run for Springs City Council
Anti-tax activist Douglas Bruce announced Wednesday he’s running for a seat on the Colorado Springs City Council in April.
Bruce, who authored the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights, is a former El Paso County commissioner and state legislator.
Bruce opposes the 62-mile Southern Delivery System between Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
