Youth Festival Summer Expo 2010 has a bunch of moving energetic parts over 2 days that will thrill the whole family!

The concert is full of very unique artists from around the world. Check out the line-up http://coyouthfest.com/lineup. Hello Fort Carson! We have several events right on your door step.

Our summer concert series starts June 4th and goes until July 30th. We have blues, classic rock, country, oldies...all for free! Every Friday 5-7pm.

Attention car lovers! We are also launching our First Saturdays Car Shows on June 5th. Free to show off your 4 wheeled beatury and free to come and see. We have the Sports Car Club of America, two VW clubs and several individual owners out for June 5th. 7:30am-9:30am

Famer's Market Thursdays. Miller Famers will be out every Thursday from June 10th-October 14th 10am-3pm for your local produce needs.

Major changes to YOUTH FESTIVAL 2010!

YOUTH FESTIVAL 2010 http://www.myspace.com/raylovett is a 2 day benefit concert and now a 2 day auto and motorcycle show thanks to the Phil Long Dealership Group http://www.phillong.com/ and Pikes Peak Harley Davidson http://pikespeakharleydavidson.com/. And all new and used vehicles, motorcycles, trailers and RV’s are welcome and can be sold at the Expo Center during the 2 days of Youth Festival 2010 with a percentage of the proceeds going to the charities involved!

The 2 day benefit concert consists of 40 of the best youth bands and artists from around the world. All of these youth artists have consistently won numerous different music competitions, talent contests and battle of the bands in their respective areas of the world! The 2 day auto and motorcycle show features 500+ of the best rides nationwide from classics, low riders, monster trucks, dream cars, Harley-Davidson choppers, motocross bikes and café racers. The entry fee for each vehicle is only $50 and trophies and prizes will be given for each category!

YOUTH FESTIVAL 2010 http://www.myspace.com/raylovett is inviting all Vendors and Exhibitors to the Phil Long Expo Center, Friday and Saturday, July 30th and 31st. YOUTH FESTIVAL 2010 a 2 day benefit concert and car show supporting at-risk youth organizations in Colorado Springs.

Art & Craft Exhibitors! Youth Festival 2010 welcomes art and crafters who are interested in marketing their own original creations. Categories include ceramics, drawing/graphics, and painting, dried and silk floral’s, fabric art, country crafts, kid’s items, photography, jewelry, glass, wood, sculpture, wearable art and especially recycled art! Go Green! (-:

Business Exhibitors! Business exhibitors can showcase their new or local business and network with other local business owners.

Non-Profit Exhibitors! Non-profit agencies can use their booth to educate and fund raise.

Each exhibitor will be assigned a 10’X10’ sq ft space either within the building of the Phil Long Expo Center or in the parking lot. If you need more space please pay for another booth. No merchandise outside your area. Each exhibitor will provide their own tables, chairs, booths, canopies, etc. No power is provided. Generator use (parking lot only) requires prior approval and must meet our safety and noise guidelines. Tables must be skirted on front and sides. Exhibitors must have a trash can and clean up their area after the event.

The concert will take place in the parking lot and the car show within the Expo Center. Entry fee for the parking lot for each business booth is $150, arts and craft booth $100, and non-profit booth is $50 (must submit copy of IRS certification). Entry fee for inside the Expo Center is an additional $50 for all 3 categories (no generators allowed inside the building).

Check-in and set-up starts Thursday, July 29th at 10 AM and must be completed by 8 PM same day. The concert and car show starts Friday and Saturday, July 30th and 31st at 10 AM until 11 PM. Security will be provided, however all merchandise left in your booth is at your own risk. No early departures! Exhibitors must stay until 11 PM on Saturday.

Spaces are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED! Please specify if you want your booth inside the Expo Center or in the parking lot. Send check or money order to Gotta Lovett Promotions, 306 N. Cascade Ave, Suite 7, Colorado Springs, CO. 80903. No application fee this year! Deadline is July 20th. Exhibitors will be notified of their booth location at check-in.
