Energy Resource Center, a nonprofit in Colorado Springs, serves low income qualified families by providing an energy audit to determine the need of insulation, weatherization, furnace repair, and other services. This is a permanent solution to lowering utility bills. ERC sees homes and families every day that are being poisoned by carbon monoxide leaking in to the home due to the venting, furnace filter, or other exhaust issue.
