Girl Scout license plate becomes law

History was made on Friday morning, June 3rd, at the State Capitol as Governor Hickenlooper signed SB 197, officially creating a commemorative Girl Scouts 100th Anniversary license plate. Local Girl Scouts, as well as volunteers instrumental in making this idea a reality and Sen. Betty Boyd and Rep.
