We are in our final rehearsals for our concert on Saturday, April 20, 2013 2 PM at Strickland Chapel on the campus of Nazarene Bible College, 1111 Academy Park Loop, Colorado Springs, CO. We hope you can make it if you are in the area. We are all older kids (average age about 75) who love to play together and if I can be so braggy - we sound pretty good. There is something special in this concert - Don't miss it!! Free and Open to the public. Come a little early - there was standing room only last time. Also, the Swingmasters will play (really well) after the Gold Concert Band performs.See More

Well, we have had our first week of rehearsals and it is going good. We had a good turnout. The music is a challenge as usual under the direction of Mr. Bill Callen. There is still time for you to come and join us. We have band practice, but this is also a social business. We have a break where we get to know each other better and eat and drink coffee.

Again we are located at Nazarene Bible College Campus, 1111 Academy Park Loop, Colorado Springs, Co 80910, Strickland Chapel. We start playing at 9:15 and go until 11:15 and then the Jazz Band takes over. Yes, we have a JAZZ band too.

So, you haven't picked your instrument you played in High School for a while? We neither had the rest of us and we are playing again. Please come and join us.
