Let me introduce you to our cast of characters.
My husband "Pops" and I are live on five plus acres between Black Forest and Peyton with our children substitutes, 4 Akitas and 1 truly imperfect cat, named of course, Purrfect.
I grew up in Colorado, he's from Chicago. We love the Broncos and the Bears, music, television and technology.
Some people lead fairly quiet lives. Our lives are usually filled with constant misadventure. I am not sure if it is because we have several dominant pets or because my husband is always involved in some activity but whatever the reasons we are usually in the middle of a storm.
This blog will chronicle our adventures when I have time to file them. Most of the time I will just try to make users laugh.

Moving to FreshInk

For about 3 years I maintained a blog about all my pets' antics on the Black Forest Hub. I hope to continue posting our family's activities here.

Mother Nature hasn't won the war but she has bedeviled me all summer long. If you live out in northern El Paso County you already know what I mean - about the hail and wind we have had this year. None of which has really helped with having a garden. But… Continue
