The prestigious 2013 AARP Chapter and REA Unit Community Service Award was presented to Ray and Lin Rozak at the May meeting of the Black Forest AARP Chapter #1100. The award included of a congratulatory letter signed by AARP President, Rob Romasco and AARP CEO Allison Barry Rand. Black Forest AARP Chapter members, Lin and Ray Rozak and Stan Beckner, were among the group of volunteers who put in a lot of hard work clearing “dog hair” growth and dead and downed timber along Shoupe Road as part of the May 4 Wildlife Preparedness Day of Service in Black Forest.
