I am beginning my first week of a 12 week body transformation. I will be literally putting it all out there. I will be posting before pictures for everyone to see. In twelve weeks regardless of the outcome I will post an after picture. I would like to encourage everyone to feel free to comment or ask questions. If you have health and fitness questions I will get our experts to answer those questions that you may have.

I will let eveyone know about a contest for others to join me in my journey as well. More detail to come on that. I am doing the 12 week program with two superb individuals. Heidi Schaefer is a weight loss coach as well as Zumba instructor at Phenom 1 Phitness. Jesse Jones is a personal trainer and owner of Phenom 1 Phitness. Phenom 1 is an immaculately well kept fitness center with a unique program called IMPACT Traing (along with other great programs). Zumba and Impact are what my experts have decided I will be doing. Stay tuned I will keep you up to speed as to how it is going. I am very excited to get the community involved as well.

This sounds good. I like to put a light italian dressing on warm, steamed beans with thinly sliced onion and serve as a side dish. Thefamily loves it too. One question... I am not certain what kohlrabi is. Is it a like a green?

National Night Out Kick Off Event

Theresa - My husband and I drove over to the Wahoo Fish Taco on Powers on Monday night (right at the Super Target by Costco) - which my husband thought he'd just been to last week - and a sign on the door said they were closed.

The sign said they "lost their lease" and to visit their location at Woodmen & Academy... But I wonder if they just decided not to renew their lease - that Wahoo location never seemed very busy!
