Yoga has been my passion since 2009. After my first Yoga class during a business trip in Kansas City, MO, I went to my hotel and googled the benefits of yoga. I’m still not done reading through all the Google pages. It didn’t feel right to keep all this information to my self. What Special quality do I bring to my Yoga class? My intensive past training and the yearn to continue to learn more about anatomy, health, diet, pranayama, spirit healing. My passion for a community with a healthy, strong body and mind. In this super busy world, full of responsibilities and due dates it is a privilege for me to provide the space a space for healing and relaxation. My wish is to help you develop strength, flexibility and balance.
