On Sunday, January 10 at 3:00 p.m., First Christian Church at Cascade & Platte is presenting “Brass and Bronze,” featuring the Pikes Peak Ringers and the Stellar Brass Quintet and percussion from the Air Force Academy Band, all directed by Kevin McChesney. The program will feature original works, classical transcriptions, hymn arrangements, and McChesney’s award-winning composition Dona nobis pacem, which the Pikes Peak Ringers just recorded with Yo Yo Ma in Boston on November 4. A free will offering will be taken.
