FREE INCOME TAX PREPARATION FOR COLORADO SPRINGS SENIORS

Low- and moderate-income seniors, age 60 and older, can get assistance in preparing and filing their income tax in Colorado Springs.  This assistance is provided FREE OF CHARGE by the volunteers of the AARP Tax-Aide Program of the AARP Foundation.  These volunteers are trained and IRS-certified to help you prepare your taxes.

Seniors need not be AARP members to take advantage of the free tax preparation  and filing.  Services are provided at 3 local sites but days and times vary.  Sites are handicap accessible. Walk-ins are welcome at two of the sites but an appointment is necessary at the third site.  E-filing is available.
