Colorado Springs, COLO.— Genesis Medspa and SET Family Medical Clinic teamed to host an exclusive spa evening at Genesis Medspa, February 9, 2012 to recognize the countless volunteer hours and generous donations to the clinic. This event marked the first of many as a corporate sponsor for SET and was complete with stations for eyebrow waxing, microderm hand treatments and lip treatments.

Owner and Medical Director of Genesis Medspa, Lisa Jenks, MD, has been a faithful volunteer at SET for over 15 years and is a strong supporter of their mission to provide medical care for those who are uninsured and underinsured in the community. This event marked the first of many as a corporate sponsor for SET and was complete with stations for eyebrow waxing, microderm hand treatments and lip treatments.

Dr. Jenks demonstrated a state-of-the-art computerized skin analysis machine, the Visia.“The Visia demonstration is an opportunity to educate our guests on the health and wellness of their skin,” explained Dr. Jenks. “Many do not know the options available for keeping your skin looking younger and healthier.” The highlight of the evening included a Botox demonstration and emphasis around education to understanding the right treatment for the individual.
