Miss Saigon Bistro, an authentic Vietnamese restaurant located at 6620-B Delmonico drive in the Rockrimon area of Northwest Colorado Springs, is proud to announce their Grand Opening.
Specializing in authentic Vietnamese and Chinese specialty dishes such as Bun (combination rice noodle), Mi Xao Mem (stir fried egg noodle) and Pho (Vietnamese beef soup), Miss Saigon makes every effort to showcase the cuisine that is typical of a restaurant found in Vietnam.
“We have carefully selected the best of the best 100 Vietnamese dishes and prepared them especially for the people of Colorado Springs,” said Kwon Nguyen of Miss Saigon. “Our Lo Mein is different that other Vietnamese restaurants here in Colorado Springs because we use authentic Vietnamese style noodles. Other restaurants use the thin Hong Kong style noodles and it is not what we eat back in Vietnam,” concludes Kwon.
Miss Saigon also serves many of the Chinese favorites such as Moo Goo Gain Pan, Chicken with Broccoli, Mongolian Chicken. On the rare side of the menu, there is also the Salted Peppered Squid and Shrimp.
Miss Saigon offers the following business hours:
Mon-Thurs: 11:00am-9:00pm
Fri & Sat: 11:00am-9:30pm
Sunday: Noon-9:00pm
There is Free Delivery within a 5 mile radius with a minimum order of $15. They are available for both Dine In and Take Out daily.
