Three St. Mary’s High School students got a jump on learning about engineering over the summer when they attended the courses at the first UCCS STEM Academy, sponsored by Northrop Grumman. STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics. More

Popular belief in America holds that religion and science don’t mix. The University of Notre Dame and St. Mary’s High Schools believe differently, and this summer the university sought to bridge these subjects through an interdisciplinary studies training conference.
